Damage Claim & Return Process

At Shree Ji Fiber Parts, we ensure all products are carefully packed and shipped. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please follow our return and refund guidelines below.

Note: Returns and refunds are only applicable for damaged products. No returns or exchanges for change of mind or size mismatches.

24-48 Hours Reporting Window

Customer must inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery about any damage or issue with the product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Proper unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the condition of the product upon opening.

Clear Damage Photos Required

Clear photos of the damaged product must be provided showing the extent and nature of the damage.

Damage-Only Returns

Return or refund will be issued only if the product is damaged. No returns for any other reasons.

Strict Policy - Read Carefully

  • Without unboxing video, no refund or return will be accepted under any circumstances
  • Video must be continuous and show the package from sealed to opened condition
  • Photos must clearly show the damage from multiple angles
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery - late claims will be rejected
  • No returns for size issues, color variations, or change of mind
  • Original packaging must be retained until claim is resolved
